Ownership. Client payments, subscription history and payout schedule live in your Stripe account, not a platform's. If you ever change tools, your billing relationships and records go with you - the payment side of your business is never held hostage.

Stripe retries automatically and the client is prompted to update their card, so most failed payments recover without you sending an awkward message. You see payment status per client in coachway, so nothing lapses silently for months.

Yes - set individual subscription amounts, currencies and billing intervals per client. A legacy client on an old rate, a premium 1:1 client and a standard package can all run side by side, each billing automatically through your Stripe.

Go to Settings > Payments, click Connect with Stripe, follow the setup steps in Stripe and complete your payout details. Payments then go straight to your own Stripe account. Connect a standard Stripe account or a new one (free at stripe.com). A Stripe Express account created by another platform will not work, because that provider controls it. Coachway's 2.4% processing fee per transaction comes on top of Stripe's own fees.

From the client's Payment tab, assign a Planned Invoice for the upfront amount, then assign a Subscription with a delayed start date for when monthly billing should begin. Or use a startup fee: both product types support one, shown separately on the invoice. Set the startup fee amount and the date it is charged, then set the subscription start date to when monthly billing starts.

Yes. Go to Settings > Payments, click Create Product and choose Planned Invoices. Create 1 planned invoice, set it to 1 month and enter the full amount, for example 4,000 DKK for a 3-month program. The client is charged once, with no recurring payments. For ongoing coaching, use a Subscription instead, which charges the client automatically on a recurring basis.

Yes. When you assign a payment plan, click Customize and change the Start date to when billing should begin. The client gets app access as soon as they accept the offer, but their card is not charged until your chosen date. The offer goes out by email and the payment link stays valid for 12 months. Billing only starts once the client accepts it.

Yes, once it is enabled in your own Stripe account. In the Stripe Dashboard, open Settings, search for Payment method domains, click Add a new domain, enter app.coachway.io and save. Apple Pay and Klarna then show at checkout for supported clients and devices. Stripe manages these methods, so what a client sees depends on their location and device.

Cancelling a payment plan does not remove app access, so you can cancel and send a new plan safely. Access after you end a client is a separate account setting under Settings > Account > Client Defaults: revoke access immediately, keep it for a grace period of days you set, or keep it indefinitely. You can still remove or restore access for a single client from their Payment tab.
